Terms and Conditions for Hajj & Umrah

After considering all the details regarding flight details, travel advices and accommodation facility you are accepting the terms and conditions of our company. Before doing any paper work you have to read the Terms and Conditions thoroughly and make sure you have gone through each and every point of it. The company also has a right to change the terms and conditions without giving any notice to its customers. When you receive the tickets you must check them immediately and if you need any changes you can contact us right way and we will make changes. If you will inform us after sometime so we cannot help you out in that manner.

The company is not responsible for any difficulty you face if you did not inform us initially and it is your responsibility to check each and everything on time. If you have any difficulty you can contact us immediately and we will guide you at the moment.

Ticket Policy

You are recommended to do the confirmation of your flight 72 hours before your flight departures. The tickets are not refundable neither chargeable. The prices are not guaranteed until the tickets are not issued to the customer. Due to any reason if the flight gets delayed so we are not able to accept any liability (for any reason Weather, industrial action or any other reason) or incase of cancellation of flight from UK or to UK. If the operator gets failed to fill all the obligations of the contract so the company is not responsible.

We can ion that case assists the operator to find the alternative flights for the passenger. To cover this unfortunate situation you must have some sufficient travel insurance to overcome the situation. When you will receive your tickets you have to check them carefully and must notify us immediately in case you find any of the detail is incorrect. The company in this situation is not responsible for any of the problem you face in terms of making changes in ticket or in your invoice if you do not inform us.

The customer has to pay the difference of fare which has arise in changing the ticket, accommodation, transport or if any further changes happens.

Hotels Policy

In case if the agreed option of hotel is not arranged so the company is responsible to provide you the alternative hotel for staying. Before you book the hotel we have complete right on changing the price of hotels and the customer is not allowed asking question for it. Prices always depend on the availability of hotel rooms.

SAFI Excluded Airlines

Following are some of the airlines are mentioned that are not covered by the schedule Airline Failure Insurance SAFI, - Air Nigeria, LAB Airlines, Sky Europe, Nordic Airways, Caribair Airline, Air Jamaica, Air Comet, Olympic Airlines, Frontier, Silverjet, ZOOM, Air Senegal, Cabo Verde Airline, OZ Jet, Aviacsa, Bellview, My Air, KD Avia, Air Slovakia, and Ghana Airways. The company is not responsible for any of your financial loss if the flight is cancelled or failed to operate. Those passengers who want to travel on these airlines are completely responsible for their financial loss, their failure in departure or if the flight fails to operate. So you must consider it before booking.

Deposits Policy

When you pay the deposit it is basically to secure or to book the seats or it is not for securing the fare. The best thing when you are booking the seat is to pay off the whole amount of the ticket so you will not have to worry about paying more difference at the time of paying whole amount. At the time of booking you have to pay deposit and it is like 50% which you have to pay for deposit if you are paying the whole amount initially. The price depends on the availability of ticket.

Passports and Visa Policy

Your passport has to be valid before 6 months you fly and it should be valid till the date you return from your journey. One more thing makes sure that you have a valid visa of that place where your destination is. If you have any issue with the passport or visa so make sure you consult the Embassy before leaving. You must check all the terms and conditions before you departure and if anything change in the terms and conditions so you must change it accordingly.

You must provide all of your copies of passport and other important things including the photographs so at the time of travelling you must have an extra copy with you. All Passports should be with us at least 4 weeks prior to departure along with 2 passport size photographs. It is the responsibility of passengers to collect their passports from the office and drop the passport to the office for Umrah visa as well. The identity card of the passenger must be valid till 8 months before departure and the visa must be valid at least till 6 months.

Once you will receive the documents and passport so the company will upload all the information in our package. Once all the information is uploaded in the system so it will take around a week to generate the E-number and then it will be submitted to the Saudi Embassy. The visa processing time of Saudi Embassy is around 2 to 3 weeks. If the passport misplaced in the Embassy due to any reason so the company is not responsible for it. If any extra cost will be made so you will not blame the company that includes the charges of transport, hotel and tickets.

If the passenger does not have a British Passport so he has to provide his documents that includes the Travel Documents, Biometric Card, Proof of Residence and Expiry Date of his current Visa (should be valid for a minimum of 6months from the date of departure)

Baggage Allowance

The allowance for baggage is different in all the airlines. Before departure you must consult with the airline and you will be cleared about each and everything.

Cancellation Policy

The airline tickets are always non-refundable and after the flight get cancelled. The tickets can be changed accordingly and the charges must be paid by the passenger. 50% charges will be applied at the time of cancellation of ticket and when you will give deposit at the time of booking it will also be applied.

Before issuing the tickets of Umrah Package if the ticket gets cancelled due to any reason so 50% of the charges will be deducted, administration fee that includes the transportation, hotel per passenger and remaining 50% will be refund to the passenger.

If the tickets gets refund or cancelled and deductions will be ,made in For cancellation or for refund after issuing Umrah Package flight tickets, hotel and transport vouchers, so the company will consult with the travel agency if you want the company. We will surely contact regarding the matter within 48 hours. All the vouchers are non refundable and the administration fee and ticket charges will also be deducted according to the policy of airline.


If you found the services of Umrah package unsatisfying or it was not according to your expectations so you can contact the company within 21 days and you can also contact the company within 7 days after returning back from Umrah. Timings for Check-in

Due to the security reasons all the passengers are strictly recommended to be in the airport before 3 hours and for European and domestic flights they are requested to reach airport before 2 hours. Check-in for the flights mostly close before 1 hour of your flight departure.

Request for the Meal

If you have any specific request for the meal so please let the company know firstly and we will contact the airline about your request. But the airline do not guaranteed to provide you the same meal but they can try to fulfill your request.

English Law

The agreement between the company and client under the English law and Jurisdiction for travelling and accommodation. Issues within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will fall under the Saudi Law and Jurisdiction between the client and the service provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You must have to behave very nicely with the people coming from abroad and with local customers. You are responsible for all of your actions and the company is not at all responsible for whatever you do. The only support you will have is from the British Embassy on the travel insurance provider.

Non-Muslim Name

If any of a person whether it is a make or a female must provide their documents which includes a certificate of name you will get from Masjid and from Islamic centre along with passport application.

Mahram Regulation Applies

Females and children are allowed to travel for Umrah along with their Mehram that includes their husband/father and a relative Mehram. Original documents are required for confirmation of relationships that includes a Marriage certificate for Husband and wife, a birth certificate for parents and daughter. The mehram has to travel to Saudia and come back from Saudia at the same flight with his wife, daughter and relative. If a women is older than 45 years so she can travel without mehram but she has to travel with an organized group and mansion all the documents of group.

Non UK National

If the applicant is not a national of the country from where he or she is applying they must submit a permit of valid residency along with the application form.

Emergency Contact

You will be given a contact number of Saudia Arabia onece all the documents will be given to you. There is an Emergency number will also be given and it is only used in case of any emergency. This emergency number is of UK to contact the Makkah Tour 24/7.

Subject to avaliability Policy

One thing that you must keep in mind that everything is depending subject to the availability. Without giving any notice the Makkah travels has complete right to refuse the services which they are providing any time. If you have any requirements and needs which you want the company to fulfill so we will try our level best to work on it if you notify the company at the time of booking. If we are not able to provide you the same thing which you have requested at the time of booking, so an alternative option will be given to your for sure.

Travel Insurance

Regarding the travel insurance you must made all arrangements before departure. The tickets can be issued anytime when you are going with the group as the seats get confirmed.

Health and Vaccination

Before your departure you must make sure that you have gone through the pilgrimage health requirement and it is important for you to do the vaccination before travelling. All the travelers who are going to perform Hajj or Umrah must attach their certification of vaccination along with their passports. This will be issued to them against MENINGOCOCCAL MENINGITIS and it should be less than 10 days or more than 3 years. It is the responsibilities of the authorities that children over the age of 2 and adults must be given proper dosage and vaccine.

Traveler Financial Protection

There is a protection scheme by the name of ATOL and it is for the Air Holidays and flight which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority CAA. All of the travelling firms and flight operators are basically selling the packages of Air Holidays in UK. They are required to hold a license of Air Travel Organizer's License ATOL. If you want to verify the ATOL number which is allotted to you so you can easily verify it by visiting the website www.caa.co.uk/ATOL.

When you will by a flight inclusive holiday or protected flight from our company so the company will also provide you an ATOL certification and that is how you will be protected financially and you will have the contact details to which you will contact if anything goes wrong. All the services will be provided to you accordingly the way it is mentioned in the certificate or an alternative will be given in case if the service is not available. In some cases, where neither we nor the supplier is able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you).

You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. In some of the cases it is also possible that in some areas it is not possible to hire an alternative ATOL holder and you must accept this terms and conditions.

"If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in return for such a payment or benefit you assign absolutely to those Trustees any claims which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent (or your credit card issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claims may be re-assigned to another body, if that other body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme."

However, the company does not have direct control over these organizations and shall not be held responsible for any miss-services, omissions or blunders by them or their employees. The Client accepts that the booking is subject to the terms and conditions of such firms, companies or persons and shall provide services to the Company and the Client.

If there is a cancellation or any change in the schedule by the Company/Supplier due to by war, riots, civil commotion, strikes, disasters, terrorist act, events of nature, act of God, technical problems with transportation or other events outside Company's control then the Company shall not be held responsible in any way. It is important to that that all personal baggage, including personal articles, medicines, mobiles phones and any other items carried with you during the trip, are at all times and under all circumstances "at owners risk". The company will not be responsible if the Client fails to carry passports, Visas or other necessary documents required for travelling with himself/herself.

Because of the nature of Hajj & Umrah and bulk of pilgrims travelling from around the world, there is a chance of catching viruses and airborne diseases, therefore it is your own responsibility for your well-being at all times, and the company shall not be held responsible for any personal accidents, illness, and death during your travel and during the pilgrim, or any medical reason. We strongly advise you have suitable travel insurance cover for your journey and stay. For Health & Safety in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, local rules and compliance will supersede any standard that is represented or relied upon in UK.

It is important to note that all hotels' star rating are according to Saudi Arabian standards and some hotels' rooms may change from 3/5 to 5/7 people. During Hajj & Umrah journey, the unexpected is often the norm.

In spite of very careful planning, the Hajj/Umrah journey can never be taken for like a normal holiday expected in UK. The Pilgrims and Umrah Travelers wish it to be pleasant and a once in a lifetime experience, But a huge number of people from around the world with diverse life styles are likely to impact on your holy tour, the Company shall not be held responsible for this experience.
